Our company has been active in the field of construction since 1997. In our first years and for four years in a row we dealt with renovations and construction of professional sites. We cooperated with large commercial companies (Piaggio, Hadjioannou Co., etc.), clothing stores (Boss), food stores, and other professional sites (medical centers, law offices, etc.).

Since 2002, our company has entered the field of urban sites construction and trading. In our own plots or following the system of “αντιπαροχή”, we have built houses in plenty of regions in Athens as well as in the province that satisfied the needs of the modern Greek family.

Our company has chosen and still chooses plots and develops residences for students in major Greek cities that have got faculties. Throughout our dealing with the so-called construction-trading of residences / stores we have built up a net of qualified partners (civil engineers, architects, real estate agents, bank mediators, notaries) who are ready to provide you with the best possible solution to any problem that may come up.
